The name or term "Jon" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Jon (disambiguation).
Jon Schloder is a human from the EarthSpark continuity family.
I'm not a villain!

Special Agent Jon "No H" Schloder is a G.H.O.S.T. operative to his core. A true company man, perhaps even more so than his sister, Karen Croft, he has a passion for what he does that routinely bleeds into single-mindedness. He presents himself as a cool, hard, unflappable tough-guy, ready with a tortured turn of phrase for any occasion. But he is often so doggedly determined to follow a train of thought that he misses the obvious... and it doesn't help that there's a natural childishness to his dreams of derring-do that can further blind him to clues he should be picking up.

However, despite his... well, everything, it all comes from a genuinely earnest place: he truly believes that G.H.O.S.T. is a force for good, and strives to protect those who can't otherwise fight for themselves.

Better study hard. There's a test. A tough test. It's called... life.

When young Jon Schloder turned six years old, no one showed up to his birthday party. Years later, after he had begun serving, his squad was narrowly saved in the "Knee-Slapper Valley Incident" thanks to playground chatter.

While on a nighttime patrol, Schloder came across a teenager in the forest. He demanded the citizen identify himself, only for the young man to be grabbed and carried away by a Cybertronian drone. Believing it to be a Decepticon in disguise, Schloder took it upon himself to bring the offending robot in. The next morning, he used the secret elevator to the Witwicky ranger station to recruit Dot Malto for the mission. He ordered the ranger to drive him back to her home so he could question her family about anything they may have seen, despite her protests. When they arrived, only her husband Alex was present, but a sound led him to their barn, where he found Alex's X12 limited edition. Impressed, he instead decided Alex would be his escort while investigating the Decepticon, sending Dot away for her G.H.O.S.T. training. However, as they drove, he fell victim to several seemingly targeted malfunctions by the vehicle. When a call came in that the rogue Decepticon had been spotted in G.H.O.S.T. HQ, he relieved Alex of duty and flagged down a passing old woman for a ride back to base. By the time he got there, however, the intruder was long gone. Classified
