Continuity notes

• The Decepticons stole Prowl's ship in the last episode.
• Laserbeak and Frenzy continue their habit of trolling the Autobots and Maltos with a series of selfies.
• This is the first episode since her debut back in "Decoy" where Arcee has a speaking role.

Transformers references

• The Hate Plague has infected numerous Transformers continuities. This iteration of the plague is very similar to its G1 counterpart; it is spread by touch and engulfs the victims in red energy. A key difference is that the cure is a simple ice bath and not the collective wisdom of the ancients.
• The Quintesson insignia Teletraan-1 displays was originally used for the e-HOBBY release of Overcharge.
