The Dinobot Slag sometimes carries an electron blaster, while the Autobot Skids is armed with a (no doubt much fancier) twin electron blaster.

The following summarizes one or more multipath adventures. Details vary depending on the paths taken in-story. See the book's page for information on alternate paths.
While Skids and Bumblebee were investigating Dolphin's Bay in Wheeljack's new mini-submarine they were attacked by Frenzy, whose high-frequency assault sent the sub haywire. Skids considered shorting out the sub with his electron blaster. Dinobots Strike Back

Toys
The Transformers

- Skids (Autobot Car, 1984)
- Accessories: liquid nitrogen rifle, twin electron blaster, rocket pod launcher, 3 rockets
- The Transformers Skids came with a chromed sliver double-barrelled gun, identified in his instructions and packaging bio as a twin electron blaster.
- This mold was reissued many times. It is itself a retool of an earlier Diaclone mold which was used to make Crosscut and Screech.

- Slag (Dinobot, 1985/1986/1992)
- Accessories: energo sword, electron blaster, rocket pod launcher, 3 rockets
Generation 2
- Slag (Dinobot, 1994)
- Accessories: kinetic sword, blaster gun
- Although Generation 2 Slag's chromed silver weapon is described generically in his instructions as a "blaster gun", his packaging bio confirms that it is still an electron blaster.
Masterpiece

- Skids (November 20, 2021)
- Accessories: liquid nitrogen rifle, twin electron blaster
- When Skids received the Masterpiece treatment, his twin electron blaster was similarly upscaled.
Legacy

- Autobot Skids (Deluxe Class, 2022)
- Accessories: Energon axe/rifle, liquid nitrogen rifle, twin electron blaster
- Legacy Autobot Skids came with his liquid nitrogen rifle and twin electron blaster, as well as a translucent-blue Energon rifle that doubles as an axe. The three weapons can combine to form a super weapon.

Notes
- While Slag's instructions and packaging bio call his weapon an electron blaster, his Marvel Universe profile instead says that he is armed with a laser rifle. His Dreamwave More than Meets the Eye profile further muddies the waters, claiming that he is armed with an electron gun, like Brawl.
