Blue Megatron

Blue Megatron is a Megatron of the Seven Colors from the Precursor World portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Created by Gold Megatron as part of his New Primus Vanguard, Blue Megatron (ブルー破壊大帝 (メガトロン) Burū Megatoron, lit. "Emperor of Destruction Blue")<ref>Precursor World fiction frequently utilizes an elaborate form of Japanese wordplay to impart characters with a sort of "B-side" moniker. In this case the title "Emperor of Destruction Blue" is read as the name "Blue Megatron." See the Japanese langauge article for further details on how this works.</ref> seeks to usurp the late Blue Big Convoy's position as representative of the Blue Light.

He looks really similar to Reverse Convoy (previously possessed by his creator) and Blue Brightes Convoy (previous leader of the Blue Order) for whatever reason.

Precursor World

Upon absorbing the Golden Age envoy's Golden Power and attaining a new form, Gold Megatron used the Silver Matrix filled with all seven types of Star Power to create seven new Megatrons to serve him, including Blue Megatron. In the following battle royale, Blue Megatron, disguised as Brightes, picked up the Silver Matrix from the future on the surface of the Blue Planet. He was spotted by the twin Straxuses, who teared up at the sight of their former commander having apparently returned to life. Not much for their sentimentality, Blue Megatron reverted to his regular face and blasted the duo before ascending to space to give his lord the Silver Matrix. With both Silver Matrices in his possession, Gold Megatron used his Golden Power to create the mighty Gold Matrix. Finale

Reverse Convoy was repurposed as Blue Megatron.

A retool of the Generation 2 Deluxe-sized "Hero Megatron" toy, Robotmasters Rebirth Megatron transforms into a heavily modified blue and tan M1 Abrams tank. In addition to a new "Reverse Convoy" head that flips out of the same compartment as the head on the original version of the mold, the toy features a brand new "Mega Blaster" cannon assembly that houses most of the toy's new features. The Mega Blaster fires a spring-loaded blue missile, and the rear of the cannon can be removed and transformed into the hand-held "Reverse Blaster" weapon, featuring twin barrels and a rack of six (non-removable) missiles. Once the Reverse Blaster is removed, the toy's "Rebirth Megatron" head can be rotated out from the back of the cannon to take the place of Reverse Convoy's head between the figure's shoulders.

The toy still retains the opening panels on its forearms, despite no longer featuring the large missiles they are designed to store.
