The machinations of Primus are mighty and vast, so it needs a lot of assistance. Good thing he's got "his envoy" (あの方の使い anokata no tsukai), a prominent member of the Golden Age, to help out.

On Primus's orders, his envoy traveled to the distant future of the next universe and conscripted the Space Pirate Seacons into the Golden Age's service via the kidnapping of Lawbhammer, instructing them to recruit Turtler's Seacons in turn from 2020 and then steal the Matrices of Star Power from the Primus Vanguard. When God Neptune successfully retrieved five of the seven Star Powers, Primus's envoy had an upgraded and obedient Lawbhammer seize control of the combiner and made his grand entrance astride the mobile platform mode of Soundwave. He dramatically declared all of the players gathered according to Primus's vision.
Primus personally collected the assembled Seven Lights in short order, and Primus and his envoy both shrieked in triumph as Primus brought their full power to bear, bringing about the end of the Precursor World the Golden Age had so long strived for, Finale Prelude only for Primus to be blown to smithereens by the massive battle mech Neo Primus's central cannon! The god's golden shell fell away to reveal his true form—a tiny energy being known as the "Oracle". The surviving Primus Vanguard commanders whisked the now-exposed Oracle to safety. His envoy, distraught, called out to his liege to ascertain the state of their plan, only to be jumped and drained of his Golden Power by the future warrior Megatron Omega, allowing the Decepticon to become Gold Megatron. - Golden Lagoon Starscream is a gold and gold chrome redeco of Unite Warriors Starscream in homage of the original cartoon episode of the same name. In exchange for the gun/fist/foot accessory of his original release, Starscream comes with the Power of the Primes Prime Armor that originally came with Dreadwind. The Prime Armor has a place for a Prime Master (or Enigma, or Matrix core) and can transform into a hand for a Combiner. He also comes with a piece that can fill the gap in the chest armor or be held by Starscream as a gun. He was released by TakaraTomy Mall and in Cybertron Satellite stores as part of TakaraTomy's celebration of the brand's 35th anniversary. In 2019, he also saw an official release in Australia, where he was available from Mr Toys Toyworld.
- The combiner hand/Prime Armor was repurposed as the Matrix Gauntlet used by Yellow Splendid Convoy.
