Part of the fourth wave of Age of the Primes Deluxe Class toys (the first wave of 2026), "Junkion Jalopy" is... well, technically just a redeco, but not of a single toy. The main base is from Legacy: Evolution Axlegrease, itself a retool of Scraphook from the same line, transforming into a scrap-parts roadster in 17 steps. However, he still comes with the wheel shield from Scraphook, and uses the head from Buzzworthy Bumblebee Tow-Line. Jalopy is the first version of the mold to not come with the hook.
Jalopy retains the Evo-Fusion function gimmick, analogous to the Weaponizers from the War for Cybertron Trilogy toylines: his body splits apart to form 5 mm-compatible armor, weapon, or vehicle parts for other toys. Unlike the War for Cybertron figures of this nature, Jalopy does not need to be disassembled to change from robot to vehicle and back.
Curiously, his instructions do not show where the right half of his rear thruster/cannon goes in robot mode.
This version of the mold body was also used to make Legacy: United Star Raider Lockdown.

Notes

  • Jalopy was borne out of fan requests to have Axlegrease in the same colors as the other Studio Series / Legacy: Evolution Junkions.[1]

Foreign names

  • Japanese: Jalopy (ジャロピー Jaropī)
