- Surge is an Autobot Micromaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Surge is a young idealist, full of ideas and confidence. He is always ready to listen to advice and war stories from his combiner partner Retro.[1]
Toys
Generation 1
- Missile Launcher (Micromaster Combiner Transport, 1990)
- Accessories: Missile Launcher Transport, 2 missiles, left & right guns, left & right shields/ramps
- A redeco of Excavator, Surge transforms into a crane trailer which is intended to be the rear half of a red crane truck, which he forms with his combiner partner Retro. As a Micromaster Combiner, he can as well connect to any other Micromaster Combiner or Combiner Transport to make a new vehicle.
- He was only available in a set with Retro and the Missile Launcher.
- This mold was also used to make the Japanese Autobot Excavator.
