Non Fiction

Events

  • 20 years before the merger with Takara, Tomy's US branch registers the name "Scrapper" as a trademark in the "toys" field. This same year, Hasbro releases a Constructicon of the same name. This presumably does not result in any repercussions for Hasbro.
  • GiG abandons the Trasformer line and instead re-releases the toys in actual Transformers packaging.
