Optimus Prime meets with the Secretary General to Ratify the [[Cybercord Treaty]], while news station BBS provides coverage of the event. Including asking the opinions of protestors who feel the Autobot's pressences is in fact an attempt at [[infiltraition]].


An unspecified ammount of time later at the [[Halls of Justice]], Prowl and Jetfire grow suspicious of Prime's absence when he was supposed to return to Cybertron via [[Space Bridge]]. Leaving Jetfire to reason with the [[Council of Elders]].
The issue starts with a brief flashback where Alpha-Q introduces Tidal Wave (now Mirage), to Slugslinger and Sharkticon. In the present, Tidal Wave's team manages to put a strong offensive against Kicker and the Omnicons.


Optimus Prime i then revealed to have arrived within a damaged Unicron, summoned by Megatron's disembodied identity.  
Deep inside of Unicron, Prime continues to consider Megatron's offer to assist the Autobots against Unicron.


Back on earth, Kicker and the [[Omnicons]] begin to harvest an undersea pocket of naturally occuring Energon. However during a delicate stage of the opperation, [[Tidal Wave| Mirage]] attacks, along with and [[Sharkticon(UT]|Sharkticon]].
In Los Angeles, Rad discover Alexis has survived last issue's explosion.


In [[Los Angeles]], Rad and Alexis discuss the validity of protestor's paranoia regarding the Autobot's armed pressence on [[Earth]].
On Cybertron, Jetfire and Councillor Avalon and Jetfire lament Prime's dissapearance, when Prowl interupts with the news of the attack on the four earth Cities.


The council of Elders, namely [[Levitacus]], refuse Jetfire's request for more resources alloted to the protection of Earth. however Councillor [[Avalon]] reasons that perhaps the protection of Earth and it's resources isn't a bad idea.
Meanwhile, Prime struggles to free Megatron's consiousness.


Deep within Unicron, Optimus refuses Megatron's request for technical assistance, but Megatron then reveals that Unicron has started his attack on the cities [[Toronto]], [[Moscow]], [[Los Angeles]], and [[Tokyo]]. Possibly killing Alexis.
Jetfire rallies all availible Autobots to break into groups and defende Earth, the assembled forces consisting of:
Thrust
Landmine, Scavenger, Hoist, Landquake
Bulkhead, Quickstrike, Red Alert
Cliffjumper, Rodimus, Beachcomber
Tow-line, Prowl, Downshift
and Perceptor
