Osamu Saka (阪 脩 Saka Osamu) is a Japanese voice actor born November 7, 1930 in Osaka, Japan. He often plays the part of elderly characters, such as Goku's grandpa in Dragon Ball, Daisuke Aramaki in Ghost in the Shell and General Hawk in the Japanese dub of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero.
