Masashi Ebara (江原 正士 Ebara Masashi, born May 4, 1954) is a Japanese voice actor. Some of his anime roles include Alastor in Shakugan no Shana, Might Guy in Naruto, Hoenheim in Full Metal Alchemist, Mojo Jojo in Powerpuff Girls Z, and Richard Vincent in The SoulTaker.

Ebara is a popular voice in the world of dubbing, taking familiar roles such as Storm Shadow in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, James the Red Engine in Thomas & Friends, Wolverine in the TV Tokyo dub of Saban's X-Men, Dr. Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Voldemort in the Harry Potter film series, Freddy Krueger in Freddy vs. Jason, and as the current voice of Sylvester in the Looney Tunes franchise.
