"Windblade! Is that you?"
"Hey! I'm glad to hear Ratchet finally fixed your voicebox. I'm on my way. Head north, but be careful..."
- - Once again, Windblade sneaks in a name drop during her first transmission to Bumblebee.
"After countless cycles, it's mine."
"Enough."
"What? The Allspark - it SPEAKS!"

Notes
Continuity notes
- The chronology of Battlegrounds is at odds with the Cyberverse cartoon continuity. Although it picks up where "Eruption" left off, it is otherwise largely irreconcilable with the rest of the series, especially since Dead End, Ramjet, and Dirge are present on Earth when "Battle For Cybertron II" showed that all of them remained on Cybertron.
- A conversation between Arcee and Wheeljack helps clear up all continuity errors by suggesting that this game takes place in one of the many alternate universes that alluded to in "The Crossroads".
