David Willis (born April 3, 1979) is one of several fan-artists who has made the jump to working on official Transformers product. He is also known as ItsWalky here on Transformers Wiki. Don't go near him in person, he has Class 2 Ear Fungus and is a threat to everyone around him.

Willis is disturbingly obsessed with Hot Shot, to the point of not only having what amounts to a Hot Shot shrine in his home, but carrying a picture of the Armada Hot Shot toy in his wallet.[1] Be afraid.
He will obsessively disappear the hell out of anything he doesn't like on TFwiki as soon as he notices it. In fact, this sentence probably will have a lifespan measured in minutes- so we might as well talk about how his webcomic that's ostensibly about a toystore has a bunch of poorly-written drama that nobody really cares about
