Masako Katsuki (勝生 真沙子 Katsuki Masako, born October 15, 1959) is a veteran Japanese voice actress. She is employed by the talent agency 81 Produce, and in the world of Japanese animation, she is known for playing Michiru Kaioh/Sailor Neptune in Sailor Moon, Reccoa Londe in Zeta Gundam, Tsunade in Naruto, Nijiko Araiwa in Cooking Papa and many other roles.

Katsuki has dubbed for live-action programs, playing Grace Adler in Will & Grace and Samantha Jones in Sex and the City as well as cartoons, playing Sylvia in Wonder Over Yonder and Callisto in TV Tokyo's dub of X-Men.
