Techno-Vipers are humans from the G.I. Joe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Techno-Vipers are Cobra's field technicians and combat-engineers. If a HISS tank or any other war machine breaks down on the battlefield, Techno-Vipers are the ones to call for the job.

When Destro and the Baroness hid out in the secret passageways of the Silent Castle, the Techno-Vipers blew a hole in the wall by Cobra Commander's throne in the main hall to create an entrance to them. Unfoldings!

A while later, Cobra Commander struck a deal with Megatron, where Cobra would upgrade the Decepticon leader's body in exchange for the alien technology stored within the Ark. Under Dr. Biggles Jones's supervision, several Techno-Vipers aided in the re-fitting of Megatron's new exo-structure. Realignments
