Rescue Bot

The Rescue Bots are a subgroup from the Rescue Bots portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Optimus Prime has selected a team of specialized Autobots to be stationed on Earth within Fire Station Prime and their skills to help others. With their human partners, together they're the Rescue Bots!

Rescue Force Sigma-17 was traveling as protoforms in stasis aboard their spacecraft when their ship's computer intercepted a general communication from Optimus Prime intended for all Autobots. Cybertron had fallen, but the Autobots still stood, and any scattered Autobots were given a priority prime order to rendezvous on Earth. Their ship's computer automatically responded by traveling to Earth and awakening Rescue Force Sigma-17. Optimus Prime was there to greet them and give them the news that they were the only known Rescue Force still active, that Cybertron Headquarters was no longer in operation, and Autobots lived on Earth now instead of Cybertron.

After deliberating on the matter, Optimus Prime gave the team their new orders. They were to covertly live with a human family to learn from them and keep the planet safe. Heatwave resisted the idea, so Optimus Prime appointed him team leader of the Rescue Bots. Family of Heroes

Though things did not initally go well for them, they eventually learned how to cooperate with their partners after some encouragment from Prime Under Pressure

Sea Rescue called in High Tide to train them and his helper, Bot Servo, joined the Family of Heroes Turning The Tide

After finding two Autobots left in stasis, The New Recruits they proceeded to train them Rescue Bots Academy, However Blurr was not too into it and tried running away. He eventually decided to stay, and he and his pal Salvage were relocated to the mainland by Optimus A New Hero

The last Rescue Bot to join the team was Quickshadow, sent by Optimus to teach and learn from the Rescue Bot teamFamily of Heroes
