Create-A-Bot (Autobot)
| This article is about the Autobot. For his evil counterpart, see Create-A-Bot (Decepticon). |
- Create-A-Bot is an Autobot from the 2007 movie franchise in the live-action film continuity family.

Create-A-Bot, also known as "Kid", "the Young One", and "Whatever the slag you want to want to call him", is a young Autobot soldier. Eager to fight and prove himself, he is very much the typical brash young youth with a lot of potential. He has never seen his people's home world of Cybertron, making him a testament to the effect that the war between the Autobots and Decepticons has had on Transformers of his generation.
Thanks to Wheeljack, he can store the data of numerous vehicle forms, making him very versatile in the number of alternate modes he can adopt. He also has a Decepticon counterpart.

Create-A-Bot arrived on Earth to assist the Autobots already there. Arriving in Las Vegas, and mentored by Ironhide, Create-A-Bot had “a basic systems check” after his trip, and fought several Decepticons, after which he was asked to scan a Beater car. Soon after this Ironhide asked him to deal with a group of Decepticons attacking a human structure. However this turned to be a trap, and Create-A-Bot dealt with the group. Immediately after this, he fought his Decepticon counterpart. Having defeated all the Decepticons in Las Vegas, he was deployed in Tranquillity. After arriving in Tranquility, he was shocked to find his new orders came directly from Optimus Prime himself, who ordered him to protect the people of Earth, humans. After fighting a Depecticon dealing property damage, he was chased by the human authorities, who he evaded in vehicle mode. Then, just for fun, he defeated two Decepticons without destroying any property. Soon after, he was asked by Optimus to rendezvous with Bumblebee, who asked him to scan other vehicle forms, the third of which turned out to be, shock horror, another Decepticon. After defeating the Decepticon he asked Bumblebee why the Decepticons had seemingly brought their entire army to Earth, which Bumblebee was cryptic about. Soon after, he was asked to retrieve an image of a pair of glasses, which had a Decepticon code imprinted on them. However, at the first transmission tower he scanned, his signal was blocked by an unknown source. Fortunately, evading the human authorities and despite getting blocked a second time, to eventually pinpointed the origin of the image. Bumblebee them told him of the Autobot’s true mission, to retrieve both the All Spark and Megatron.
After Bublebee’s confrontation with Barricade, Optimus requested Create-A-Bot to join Ironhide in person in the Arctic. In the Arctic, Ironhide asked him to follow a convoy heading to the base holding Megatron, by taking on a helicopter form. After helping the convoy fight off Decepticons while in helicopter form, he talked with Ironhide about why Megatron turned out so different to Optimus. Right afterwards, the Decepticons started attacking the base, and Create-A-Bot helped Ironhide fight off the Decepticons. After Ironhide discovered Megatron had been moved to a new location, and the existence of Sector Seven, he realised they were the ones blocking his net access in Tranquility. After Ironhide couldn’t beam the data to Optimus due to interference, the two headed to a radio tower to boost the signal, with Create-A-Bot defending Ironhide from Sector Seven and Decepticons. After Ironhide’s battle with Starscream, Optimus received the data and asked the two of them to come to Tranquility with the others. After light heartedly teasing Ironhide, Create-A-Bot flew the two of them to Tranquility, where he met Optimus in person, as well as Jazz and Ratchet. Being the youngest and most inexperienced member of Optimus Prime's team, he was determined to prove himself. Unfortunately, his brashness nearly cost him when he went against orders and assisted Bumblebee in distracting Sector Seven agents, only to end up luring them back to him. Bumblebee threw himself in the line of fire to allow Create-A-Bot to escape, which left the young one ridden with guilt.
At Hoover Dam, after Jazz discovered Bumblebee was imprisoned at the Dam, Create-A-Bot volunteered to rescue Bumblebee. After fighting his way through Sector Seven’s forces, he managed to rescue Bumblebee and earn the other Autobots' respect. After Megatron was revived, he and Ironhide overheard the Decepticons plan to blow up the Dam with bombs to distract the Autobots and trailed a Decepticon to see where they placed the bombs. Returning to Tranquility, Create-A-Bot helped Ironhide fight off Decepticons when he was in danger of being overwhelmed, and helped Jazz deal with Allspark drones trying to destroy the city. Afterwards he defended Bumblebee from the Decepticon’s to deliver the Allspark to Optimus. When Megatron took the All Spark and battled Prime, Create-A-Bot attacked him, knocked the All Spark out of Megatron's hands and jammed it into his chest, taking his own life to weaken Megatron. After Prime defeated Megatron, Create-A-Bot's last wishes were that Prime make Earth the new home of the Autobots, to defend it against any other Decepticon threats. Transformers Autobots

Create-A-Bot (named Unknown in this version, and in the form of a white Notchback) arrived at the Space Needle after four of his comrades were destroyed by his evil counterpart. Upon reaching the area, before the two of them engaged in battle, he told his opposite number to teach him why "the bad guys always lose." His counterpart responded that the Autobots are no better than the Decepticons; they might be on opposite sides, but they're both playing the same game. Despite all this, Create-A-Bot was defeated at the hands of his Decepticon equivalent, despite his insistence that "You're messing with the best here!" Transformers Decepticons

Notes
- Create-A-Bot's origin is hard to reconcile with other movie fiction as he is a pre-existing Transformer (and thus presumably created by the All Spark), yet he has never seen Cybertron, the only place the All Spark ever WAS before being lost. Maybe he was born blind?
- Several of Create-A-Bot's alternate modes cannot be accessed in the game, but can be obtained by WiFi points in the Transformers Autobots/Decepticons online game, "AllSpark Wars".
- The Skydive altmode could be unlocked by visiting a Target store in the US with the appropriate Nintendo DS Download Station card, then downloading the Transformers demo with the game card was inserted. However, it was only available on one version of the Download Station software, and many stores never received the correct version of the software. Alternatively, it could be unlocked by collecting 2500 WiFi points. However, due to the closure of Game Spy and the resultant deactivation of the Nintendo DS online servers, this is no longer possible.
