- Star Cloud is an Autobot Micromaster from the Zone portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

When Victory Saber initiated the "Zone Project", the Jet Patrol helped rebuild planet Micro into planet Zone. To counter this threat, Violen Jiger began conquering planets in order to create his own Decepticon Zone. The Race Car Patrol and all other Micromaster teams were then sent on patrol across the galaxy, specifically to planets where their unique skills could do the most good. Zone Part 1

Star Cloud was stationed on Zone when Violen Jiger attacked, using the possessed bodies of the Powered Masters. They staged a counterattack using Dai Atlas and the real Powered Masters as a rallying point. Having mastered the use of Schaeffer Energy, the Micromasters could now transform and combine into powerful weapons. - Jet Patrol Team (Micro Transformer team, 1990)
- Japanese ID number: C-336
- Star Cloud is identical to the Decepticon Air Strike Patrol member Storm Cloud, transforming into a Dassault Rafale fighter jet. He was only available in a complete set with his teammates Nightflight, Whisper, and Windrim.
- This mold was also used to make Skyhopper.

- Storm Cloud & Visper (Micromaster, 2018)
- Part of the first wave of Siege Micromasters, Storm Cloud transforms from a robot into a dimly-Cybertronian jet. He can also combine with his packmate Visper to form the "Circuitstream Spyblade," inspired by the Armada Dark Saber and Vorpal Saber. As a part of the C.O.M.B.A.T. System, their weapon mode can be attached to any toy with a 5 mm post-hole. "Fire Blasts" can also be attached to his hands or the back of his jet mode.
- Due to his transformation, he has great articulation compared to his first-wave contemporaries.
