Star Trek vs. Transformers

Kuri's warbird was shot down by the Federation mining colony on Cygnus Seven, the ship crash landing on one of the system's moons near Trypticon's city mode. Prime's Directive, Part One Once the Klingons had allied themselves with the Decepticons, Megatron had Trypticon scan the downed warbird so he could assimilate its cloaking device and ambush the USS Enterprise. Prime's Directive, Part Two In this form, Trypticon lead the attack on the mining colony, beaming troops down to the surface, until Fortress Maximus forced him back to robot mode. Prime's Directive, Part Three

When the Decepticons invaded Kronos, they used audio disruptor waves to disable the Autobot/Starfleet alliance that had followed them. Unfortunately for them, Klingon biology was deaf to the frequency of the disruptor waves, allowing the aliens to summon a warbird fleet that decloaked and overwhelmed the Decepticons, ending the brief invasion.
