Tracer is a Decepticon Micromaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Cheers, love! The cavalry's here!

Tracer is an integral part of the Military Patrol, swooping ahead of his teammates to scout out the opposition, and soften them up. He actually respects team leader Bombshock (and not just out of fear!), but still thinks he should lead the unit. Thus, he may be the only ambitious Decepticon who tries to get his superior promoted, rather than "unexpectedly dead".[1]

Beast Wars: Uprising

Tracer was a member of the Temple Guard at the High Pavilion of Iacon. At the end of the Grand Uprising, she fought to hold back the army of the Resistance from seizing the Builder Assembly. Games

Transformers Legends

Abandoning all subtlety, the Decepticons unleashed the Military Patrol on New York City. Tracer and the rest of the team caused chaos on a city-wide scale until a team of Autobots led by Jetfire drove them out. Full Assault

Transformers: Bumblebee Overdrive

The others may have gotten updated toys, but I appeared in more than one game! That's got to count for something, right? Right?

Tracer was in command of the first Decepticon base attacked and destroyed by the Autobots during a series of raids. He battled against the invader in helicopter mode, but was eventually defeated. Transformers: Bumblebee Overdrive

Tracer transforms into a black AH-64 Apache attack helicopter, with a spinning main rotor that can be removed and attached to either arm in robot mode as a sort of weapon. He was only available in a four-pack with the rest of the Military Patrol, Bombshock, Dropshot, and Growl.
This toy was released in the Japanese Return of Convoy line without changes. Like the Hasbro toy, he was only available in a complete set with his teammates, as well as Micro Trailer #3. Like all Return of Convoy characters, he was marketed as an Autobot instead of a Decepticon.
