Michelino Paolino is a Senior Design Director at Hasbro and the current creative lead on the Transformers brand. He has held the position since 2014, presumably inheriting the latter role from Aaron Archer, though he has worked on the brand since at least 2010. Despite a respectable presence at conventions he largely operates under the fandom's radar, leaving collector face time to team members like Generations leads John Warden and Lenny Panzica. He played a significant role in the development of the BotBots franchise alongside senior marketing director Ben Montano.
