The sudden move to Witwicky was hard on Robby Malto. Forced to leave behind the hustle and bustle of Philadelphia for life in the middle of nowhere, cut off from all his old friends, all without asking his thoughts on the matter...the whole thing felt completely unfair, and the 13-year-old was having none of it.

That is, however, until he and his sister Mo witnessed the birth of the Terran Transformers, changing their lives forever. Now inextricably bonded to his new siblings, Robby does his best to be the best big brother he can, helping them learn the ways of the world while finding his own place in it.

Robby and his family moved from Philadelphia to Witwicky, much to his chagrin. Fed up with these new changes, he attempted to cycle back to Philadelphia with Mo in pursuit, but a confrontation between a G.H.O.S.T. convoy and some Arachnamechs forced them down a cliff, finding a mysterious cave nearby. Inside, they discovered the Emberstone and inadvertently activated it, granting them both cyber-sleeves and creating Twitch and Thrash. Able to sense the Terrans' emotions through their new sleeves, Robby and Mo decided to bring the Transformers home and hide them from their parents. Secret Legacy, Part 1 Robby attempted to help Twitch perfect her aim with some target practice, and the pair encountered a drone sent by Optimus Prime. They went to the aid of Thrash and Mo whose hunt for an alternate mode had them cornered by Arachnamechs, and themselves ended up being saved by Optimus and Elita-1. Reunited with their mother, they tried unsuccessfully to persuade her not to let G.H.O.S.T. take Twitch and Thrash away. Unfortunately it turned out the two Terrans had actually been abducted by evil scientist Mandroid, and Mo and Robby had to use their emotional link to guide the rescue team to find the pair. In the aftermath of the rescue, the Maltos took the two Terrans home to be part of their family. Secret Legacy, Part 2

Robby, Mo and the Terrans worked on their emotional link, resulting in them ignoring Bumblebee's attempts to get the Terrans interested in training. Robby later took part in Malto Family Game Night, and when Twitch stormed out and caused a herd of cows to stampede, Robby helped Mo and Thrash round them up. Moo-ving In After Twitch took advantage of Robby's disinterest in doing chores to earn reward stars, Robby began competing with her. This culminated in them making a mess of the lawn. House Rules When Robby was woken by a nightmare, he and Twitch sneaked out to look at foxes, leading them to be spotted by G.H.O.S.T. The next morning, Dot took the kids to her work, only to discover it was built atop the G.H.O.S.T. HQ and they had to conceal themselves to avoid Agent Schloder finding out about the Terrans. The four of them fell into a pit trap intended for Decepticons, where Robby admitted to Mo that he and Twitch had been sneaking out at night, and they were found by Optimus who hid them in his trailer. Naturally they soon got bored and left the trailer, only to get trapped in Megatron's combat situation until they were able to work together to overcome it, and Optimus and Dot smuggled them out of the G.H.O.S.T. base. Classified

Robby opted out of Wakwak hunting with dad Alex Malto in favor of online gaming. Twitch's attempts to get him interested in developing their own traditions failed as well, but once his team won their game, he realized there was no one to tell and went in search of Alex. He instead encountered Arachnamechs, and once Alex save him from the mechanical critters, he realized his mistake in skipping out on the traditional hunt. Traditions When the emotional feedback from their link caused problems for Robby and Mo on their first day of school, they asked the Terrans to stay home. They later found the Terrans had gone missing, and with Bumblebee's help, tracked the pair down and found Twitch and Thrash were critically low on energy. Fortunately they discovered that the Terrans seemed to be powered by water rather than energon. Friends and Family After Bumblebee ditched the kids in Arcees care to go help Optimus and Megatron, their new teacher had them doing menial tasks until they rebelled, which she claimed was the actual lesson. Learning that Bumblebee had ditched them in order to join an in-progress battle, Arcee took the kids to join in, and they successfully distracted the cassette Decepticons long enough for Bee to capture them. Decoy

Robby and the other Maltos attended a G.H.O.S.T. Autobot Alliance ceremony which came under attack by Nova Storm and Skywarp, resulting in them having to take cover. Optimus later had the kids lead him to the cave where the Terrans were created, where they found the Emberstone. Again attacked by the two Seekers along with a swarm of Arachnamechs, the kids took shelter in the cave where Mo's plea for help resulted in the creation of three more Terrans. Age of Evolution, Part 1 With Dot and Megatron captured by Mandroid, Robby and the others regrouped to come up with a plan. The rescue became dangerous when it turned out Mandroid's base was a giant mech, and Robby joined Mo, Jawbreaker and their father in taking out the mech's external cameras. Once the mech was destroyed, the Malto family was reunited with three new Terran members. Age of Evolution, Part 2

The Malto family got to explore the underground Dugout base that Nightshade had built. Hashtag: Oops Robby took part in an attempt by Hashtag to film Twitch and Thrash in order to help Jawbreaker decide on an alternate mode. The Malto family was later treated to the end results of the filming. Outtakes The kids' fun on a day off was temporarily interrupted by Nightshade's technology exploding. They attempted to fix up the damaged device for Nightshade and later had to come to their sibling's aid after it turned out the Decepticon Nightshade had befriended had mistaken their parents for their captors. Missed Connection

After helping out Bumblebee with his racing practice, Robby, Mo and the Terrans became trapped in the Dugout for an extended period thanks to its malfunctioning defense system and Agent Schloder turning up at the farm. Security Protocols Robby got Dot a bird journal for Mother's Day, however his suggestions to Twitch resulted in the Terran abducting a baby bear as a gift. Dot took Robby and Twitch with her to return the baby bear to its mother, during which Robby ended up falling into a river while attempting to retrieve the bear from a log. Bear Necessities Megatron took the kids to Spacebridge Memorial Park to teach the Terrans about the end of the war, however they were attacked by Shockwave, forcing them to stop the rogue Decepticon's scheme. Warzone

Robby and Mo took the Terrans on a clandestine nighttime trip to Philly. Robby's reunion with his old friend Stevie turned sour when he, Hashtag and Twitch discovered that anti-Transformer sentiment was common. Home, Part 1 Robby and the other Malto siblings went to the Bot Brawl arena with Bumblebee to look for Grimlock, only to encounter Mandroid and the giant Arachnamech centipede he unleashed on them. Hashtag was temporarily taken over by Mandroid's control device, but Robby and his siblings were able to help Hashtag overcome it. Home, Part 2

The Malto kids were collecting flowers in the woods when they were menaced by Grimlock, still suffering the after-effects of Mandroid's control. After the resulting battle, Robby and Mo consoled Jawbreaker who'd been benched due to not having an alternate mode. A Stygi Situation During a confrontation with Swindle, Robby discovered his cyber-sleeve had the power to produce an energy shield. Optimus smuggled the Maltos into G.H.O.S.T. HQ so that the sleeves could be scaned with Teletraan I and left the kids practicing in the rec room simulator. Mandroid took remote control of the rec room, unleashing a holographic Megatron on those inside and leading to Robby calling on the power of Quintus Prime. The energy exosuit he got allowed him to fight Megatron, however it also left him apparently dead until Mo was able to use her own cyber-sleeve to revive him. Though Robby lived, the emotional link the kids had was severed. Disarmed

Robby found that some sort of infection was beginning to spread through his body but kept it a secret. He and the other kids went in search of the cave in which the Terrans had been born, believing the water might restore the emotional link, however they instead fell into a deeper cave system through which Starscream, Nova Storm and Skywarp were escaping from G.H.O.S.T. They also encountered the Dweller, which fed on energon, and cooperated to overcome the creature. Afterwards, Robby revealed the infection to Mo. What Dwells Within The infection caused him to lapse into a coma during the night and he was taken to the Dugout. Mo, calling on Quintus Prime for help, was transported into a dream world where she, Robby and their parents faced Mandroid and overcame the mad scientist. On awakening, Robby was back to full health. Prime Time

When Bumblebee was given a mission to infiltrate G.H.O.S.T. HQ, the kids resolved to help him as much as they could. Robby joined Twitch, Thrash and Nightshade in sneaking into the HQ to find their mentor, only to run into Agent Schloder who joined them in their search. They eventually found Bumblebee battling Croft's Ghoid troops, and during the fight Robby and his Terran siblings escaped through the spacebridge Croft had been hiding, only to Shockwave Stowed Away, Stowaways who pursued them into Witwicky. With the help of the rest of their siblings, the group was able to defeat Shockwave only to find themselves surrounded by G.H.O.S.T. until their parents helped them make a getaway. This led to Croft bringing Ghoids to the Malto farm, and though the troopers were defeated with the help of Autobot reinforcements, Mandroid arrived sporting a new robotic body. The Battle of Witwicky

As the family attempted to flee from Mandroid and his new Sharkticon minions, they were slowly picked off and Mandroid was able to capture Robby and Mo, rendering them unconscious and wiring them to the spacebridge in order to turn it into a superweapon that would wipe out energon-based life across the planet. The Last Hope, Part 1 He was ultimately successful in activating his weapon, wiping out every Transformer bar Twitch, at which point the Maltos regained consciousness. Robby and Mo were able to use their cyber-sleeves to channel the power of Quintus Prime and reverse the effects of Mandroid's weapon, bringing everyone back to life and reuniting the Malto family as a new insignia appeared in the sky.
