This is the first time Wheeljack has had any spoken dialogue since his apparent death back in "The Imposters", he had made a silent cameo in "Witwicky, Part 2" but any doubt of his apparent survival is finally put to rest as he is infact alive and well.
Cosmos previously was introduced back in "The Butterfly Effect" and while he had been name dropped in other episodes this is the first time we've seen him since his debut episode.

This is the first episode to feature every Autobot in the present day in EarthSpark altogether.
