The Earthforce figure out the Dinobots' plan while Sideways sets in motion Megatron's plan.
Synopsis
[edit]"The Saga's Latest" (Part 1)
[edit]The Earthforce track the Dinobots, which feels like a strange task for some of them, including their leader Laser Optimus, even though it technically falls within the parameters of their duties. They ponder what the Dinobots' plans are and discuss how whatever it is likely runs the risk of disrupting the already-high tensions that have risen since the Thirteen Primes got involved in the war. In an effort to figure them out, Skids suggests they put themselves in the team's heads. The Earthforce (successfully) determine that the Dinobots must be following the Constructicons to prove their might by besting Devastator. What they don't know, however, is what the Constructicons are doing. Brawn reminds them at they have a spy in the Decepticon ranks—Sideways—who would be quite useful in a situation such as theirs.
"The Saga's Latest" (Part 2)
[edit]Armada Megatron and his bestial counterpart question Sideways' repeated long and mysterious absences upon his return to the Terrorcons' Primal Basilica. Sideways tells them that he's been checking in on sources, but must keep his visits secret. He then informs of the Constructicons' recent departure from the main Decepticon faction. Armada Megatron suspects it's a plot to lower their guard. Breakdown Prime realigns their satellites to find their location and discovers that they're 30 klicks away and being followed steadily by the Dinobots; he detects no one else on their scanners. As Armada Megatron considers the benefits of having them on his side, Breakdown picks up a C.O.M.B.A.T. Bot requisition pulse-wave. Armada Megatron orders the assembly of a strike team in preparation for a massive battle.

Gameplay
[edit]This event was an individual totaliser, meaning players earned points and unlocked prizes on their own as opposed to with their Alliance.
The top prize was a single Shard Crystal, and due to the event having 50 prestiges, they could be earned multiple times.

[edit]- The Thirteen Primes have been a consistent additional party in the war since the Earthforce and Terrorcons ran afoul of Megatronus in the "New Armada" saga.
