- Thunderstick is a Mini-Con from the Cybertron portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.
A native of the lost Autobot colony world Combatron, Thunderstick is one of few survivors of the cataclysmic wars that ravaged his planet. Those wars have left him somewhat pessimistic.
Fiction
Cybertron cartoon continuity
Surviving the war that devastated Combatron, Thunderstick remained at his post with his bulk partner Whirl and his Mini-Con compatriots Grip-Lock and Skysickle. Whirl attacked Blurr, an Autobot who had arrived simultaneously, and Thunderstick aided him by using Skysickle as an impromptu catapult. When Blurr's comrades came to investigate, Longrack convinced the Combatronians to stand down. Thunderstick joined his comrades and their new Autobot allies in an assault on the Decepticons, who had raided a vast underground arsenal and produced an army of Decepticlones, to boot. Thunderstick Powerlinxed with the Autobot Checkpoint during the battle that ensued, but was ultimately blown off the bulk by Hardtop. Thunderstick and the others were briefly taken prisoner before Skysickle and Grip-Lock hijacked the Upstart, the Decepticons' ship, and destroyed their Decepticlone scanner template. Force of Habit
