Overcharge is a redeco of Classics Strongarm, transforming into a taxi.

He was only available as part of a Mini-Con 10-pack with Windrazor, Ransack, Stockade, Sky Shadow, Scavenger, Longview, Snow Cat, Treadshot, and Crosshairs.

This mold was also used to make Strongarm, Detectas, Radrogue, and Flatfoot.
