As Alpha Trion returns to his home dimension, his betrayal of Landquake and company continues to unfold.
Synopsis
Alpha Trion and his companions materialize with a thud in a disused facility. As Alpha Trion orders his soldiers to prepare for the scouts that will inevitably come to investigate the energy surge, Landquake demands to know what happened to Skyfall; Alpha Trion brushes him off, saying he was shot from behind during their escape. Downshift arrives to investigate the energy surge, but is killed by Alpha Trion in the middle of a report to Hound that "the old one is back".
Landquake, already displeased, is further incensed by this seemingly unnecessary action, which contradicts the descriptions Alpha Trion had given them of a peaceful world. As Landquake demands answers, Breakaway discovers that Skyfall's wound is in fact from an energy blade. Alpha Trion's troops arrive and take the three dimensional travelers captive. Even the loyal Topspin is held, since as Trion explains, his usefulness as a soldier is ended. Soon Alpha Trion will locate the fifth, their lives will all end, and his reign will begin!
