Slice is a human member of the Cobra organization. He is a ninja swordsman whose techniques copy the attack patterns of scorpions.
He's mostly accompanied by the bo staff wielder Dice.

Slice and Dice were among the Cobra soldiers sent to track down Destro and the Baroness, who had escaped Cobra captivity and were running lose inside the shifting castle that was the Cobra base. He witnessed the newest Cobra recruit, Scarlett, get stabbed through the abdomen by Snake-Eyes, but became skeptical when he learned that the wound had hit no major arteries or organs.Unfoldings! At Doctor Mindbender's request, Slice and Dice are sent to apprehend Scarlett when it becomes apparent that she is indeed a double-agent. He gets a face full of Dice's bo staff, courtesy of his target. Shortly thereafter, a confrontation with Snake-Eyes leaves him at the Joes' mercy. Sucker Punch When Cobra reinforcements arrive a few moments later, Snake-Eyes drops a handful of grenades to the floor, leaving Slice and the other Cobra troopers to frantically attempt to escape.
