Dropshot is a member of the Military Patrol, and, predictably, wants to replace Bombshock as leader.[1]

Dropshot was once an entirely biological inhabitant of Gorlam Prime. As part of Nova Prime and Jhiaxus's plans for the Expansion, the inhabitants of this world rapidly "evolved" from biological beings to technological beings to allow them to survive harsh reality that would result from the merging of the Dead and Living universes. Dropshot, now a fully technological being, was of the legions of Dead Universe Micromasters who pursued Hardhead and Nightbeat when they snooped around on Gorlam Prime. Spotlight: Hardhead

Generation 1

- Military Patrol (Micromaster Patrol, 1990)
- Dropshot transforms into a blue armored personnel carrier of made-up origin armed with a rotating (non-firing) twin cannon. He was available only in a four-pack with his teammates Bombshock, Growl, and Tracer.
- This toy was released without changes in Japan as the Autobot Dropshot during the Return of Convoy series.
