These are events that are different in continuity in the UK Marvel comic.

The New Order — Shockwave wached V on television instead of The Honeymooners.
Aerialbots over America! — Optimus Prime's injury was sustained in limbo instead of while saving Skids.
Gone but Not Forgotten! — Shockwave does not instruct Soundwave to contact Cobra. Megatron meets the Predacons for the second time instead of the first. Dialog changes reflect the fact that he has forgotten their first encounter.
Ravage (somehow) got free of the mine shaft much earlier in the US.
Bumblebee was destroyed by Death's Head and rebuilt into Goldbug by Wreck-Gar instead of being destroyed and rebuilt by G.I. Joe.
Funeral for a Friend! — Skids was not present at Optimus Prime's deathbead.
Broken Glass! — Krunix reported to Scorponok instead of (an exteremly off-model) Cyclonus.
Totaled! — Generics were present on the Moon instead of Broadside and Skids. Thundercracker, Frenzy, Skywarp, and Starscream were already freed from Autobot captivity, so the Constructicons only rescued Rumble and Buzzsaw.
- This also affects Starscream's dialog in Club Con!.
The Big Broadcast of 2006 — The events are a tall tale made up by Wreck-Gar.
Ca$h and Car-nage! — The Sparkabots have been on Earth before, instead of arriving for the first time.
