Andrew Hall is an employee of Part One, the Japanese company who owns e-HOBBY. A long-standing member of the online fandom under the screen name Hydra, Hall formerly worked for the company as a professional translator, and is now a content planner primarily responsible for planning new exclusives and projects for e-HOBBY. He also writes bios and stories for TakaraTomy, along with bi-lingual articles for the online e-HOBBY Magazine, and runs e-HOBBY's Twitter account.

- Hall's screen name was taken from the Super-God Masterforce character of the same name. When designing Animated Hydra, Derrick J. Wyatt made the character an homage to both Masterforce Hydra and Hall, incorporating Hall's tall, skinny build and pompadour haircut.
