Overhaul (G1)

Overhaul is an Autobot character from the War Within segment of the Dreamwave portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Overhaul accompanied a contingent of Autobots commanded by Grimlock to assist in the evacuation of Altihex. He was killed by Decepticon fire in the battle that ensued. The War Within issue 1

Overhaul was repurposed as Overhaul

Overhaul transforms into an off-road vehicle similar to a Humvee. Plugging a Cyber Key into his robot mode back launches his chest-mounted missile (you can do this in car mode too, but the missile is blocked). In Japan, he came with a silver-bordered Cybertron Autobot Cyber Key, but for his Hasbro release he came with a silver Jungle Planet style key, with the Key Code "s9d7" on the back. There are rumors that a later release of the Japanese version was changed to a Jungle key, but this has not been confirmed.

This mold was redecoed and slightly retooled (removing the Autobot insignia on his right shoulder) to make Brushguard and the live-action-movie-verse Warpath, which doubles as Shattered Glass Crosshairs.
