Robert Fredrick Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956) is a formerly bemulleted American voice actor. Among many, many, many roles in his extensive career, Paulsen had been the voice of Yakko from Animaniacs, Pinky from Pinky & the Brain, Gray Fox in Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes, Tripwire and Snow Job from G.I. Joe, Raphael from the 80s/90s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Donatello from the Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, and PJ from Goof Troop. He currently hosts a podcast called "Talkin' Toons with Rob Paulsen" in which he interviews various voice actors based in Los Angeles, many of whom have provided voices for past Transformers series.
