Steven Jay Blum (born in Santa Monica, California, on April 28, 1960) is an American voice actor. Some of his best known roles include Jaimie from Megas XLR, TOM of Toonami fame, Wolverine in nearly all Marvel and X-Men media in the past 10 years, Duke, Roadblock and Zartan from G.I. Joe Resolute, and Amon from The Legend of Korra.
In regards to dubbing anime, he's well known in those circles as well, having been Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop, Roger Smith from The Big O, a crapload of Digimon, Leeron from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and Orochimaru from Naruto. You can also hear him in numerous video games, including characters such as Jack from MadWorld (also featuring Reno Wilson), Killer Croc from Batman: Arkham Asylum, the Dark Knight himself from the Lego Batman video game franchise, Joshamee Gibbs from Pirates of the Caribbean: The Legend of Jack Sparrow, and Anti-Venom from Spider-Man: Edge of Time.
Clearly, he's a very busy man! Even Peter Cullen has described him as a "Beast" when it comes to voice acting.
