Alper was among the crowd at the unveiling of the Rescue Bots. Family of Heroes He was standing by the mayor following the flobster invasion Flobsters on Parade and visiting Griffin Rock Zoo on Earth Day. Walk on the Wild Side

As part of the council, Alper went along with the mayor's decision to allow Doctor Morocco to use his MorBot as a substitute for the Rescue Bots team. The Other Doctor Alper took the many phone calls from angry Griffin Rock residents as the MorBot turned out to be more trouble than help. He was visiting the Hall of Inspiration when Doc Greene demonstrated the Minimizer. Small Blessings Alper attended the Founders' Day celebrations. Alper volunteered to go along on a nature hike with the Lad Pioneer troop, but after everyone else was paired with Buddy Bracelets, he discovered Jerry hadn't arrived yet. He was therefore the only member of the group not permanently linked to a partner when Jerry accidentally ran over the box containing the keys. Buddy System He was sent running by an earthquake. In Search of the Griffin's Nest Alper acted as an assistant to Huxley Prescott when the latter was MC at the dog show. Rescue Dog He also attended the Griffin Rock Plant a Tree Day and had to flee the rampaging Power Planter. Movers and Shakers Alper and the mayor dropped some beacons in the sea to attract dolphins for the Dolphin Wonder Festival. Unfortunately one of the beacons caused the mayor's boat to go out of control, and the pair were only saved from a crash by the rescue team. Chief Woodrow

Mr. Alper was aboard the Griffin Rock Express for its first journey. When the train went out of control, he and the rest of the passengers were saved by the rescue team. The Griffin Rock Express He along with the rest of the town sought higher ground on Mount Griffin as the island began to sink, and cheered after the rescue team managed to save the town. After a pterodactyl was sighted on Mount Griffin, Mr. Alper was interviewed by Huxley Prescott about the Mayor's plans to turn it into a tourist attraction. Land Before Prime Mr. Alper was a regular on the ferry trying to spot the S.S. Phantom Voyager. Ten years after the rescue team vanished with the long-lost, he was on the ferry when it collided with the reappeared Phantom and had to be rescued from the sea, though later events meant that the rescue team never vanished in the first place. When a dome was raised to protect the island from a storm, Alper stopped what he was doing to look. No Place Like Dome Mr. Alper was one of the guests at the Mayor's dinner for visiting investor Mrs. Dumont. Did You See What I Thaw? Mr. Alper was wandering around town when Humungado suddenly appeared. The Attack of Humungado He ably assisted the mayor during Bot Appreciation Week. All Bots Great and Small During Founders' Day celebrations, when the mayor suspended the rescue team, Mr. Alper was among the citizens the mayor press-ganged into a "Citizen Safety Board". Dubious about the whole affair, Mr. Alper soon found they were overwhelmed by the number of emergency calls, and later gratefully handed the phones over to Chief Burns once the rescue team was reinstated. On finding out about the endangered woodpeckers on the island, Mayor Luskey had Alper call a press conference to announce it. Alper later supplied a court order so the townsfolk could access Blossom Vale after the rescue team sealed it off. Endangered Species Mr. Alper enjoyed a barbecue with Mr. Harrison and later watched Maura the Magnificent's barrel trick at Griffin Falls. Alper reported that the Mayor and his family were missing, and it later turned out that they had been abducted by aliens. New Normal He was among the townsfolk who gathered to discuss the future of the Rescue Bots, who it turned out were also aliens. Bridge Building For Earliween, he dressed as a skeleton and along with the rest of the town, helped cover up Quickshadow's secret. Ghost in the Machine

Following a mishap during Mayor Luskey's re-election campaign, Mr. Alper attempted vainly to defend his superior against the grievances of the townsfolk. When Chase ended up being elected mayor, Alper found the Rescue Bot's leadership style to be overly strict, despite his many suggestions to dial it back, and the new mayor almost caused the destruction of the island as a result. Mayor May Not When the rescue team came to ask about getting a replacement communications tower, Mr. Alper had to admit that Mayor Luskey had spent all the money on an Insta-adium. Part-Time Heroes

Mr. Alper was on hand when Kade officially revealed a document which proved the Burns family were royalty. King Burns He attended the Pizza Pi Party celebrations Pizza Pi Party and was among the disgruntled citizens at a town hall meeting which was cut short by a rogue crane. He later joined other townsfolk in waiting outside the hospital for Chief to be discharged. Family Business
