As part of the council, Alper went along with the mayor's decision to allow Doctor Morocco to use his MorBot as a substitute for the Rescue Bots team. The Other Doctor Alper took the many phone calls from angry Griffin Rock residents as the MorBot turned out to be more trouble than help. He passed on the general gist of the calls, plus the news that the lab was on fire, to Mayor Luskey, who was forced to call in the Rescue Bots. The Reign of Morocco
He was visiting the Hall of Inspiration when Doc Greene demonstrated the Minimizer. Small Blessings Alper attended the Founders' Day celebrations. The Lost Bell After intercepting a bunch of runaway balloons, Alper was carried up into the air by the hoverpicker and was only released when the balloons burst. Mr Alper was aboard the Griffin Rock Express for its first journey. When the train went out of control, he and the rest of the passengers were saved by the rescue team.
