I think this does indeed have way too much snark. In fact, I would say that it shouldn't have any snark. Articles like this one could be valuable to have to point people to when the subject comes up, and, in my opinion, would therefore be far better off if made completely straight forward and joke-free. --KilMichaelMcC 00:02, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

- I'd just replace it with a pic of G1 Megatron's gun mode, with the caption "No, you CAN'T have one anymore." THat's pretty much what I was gonna do, but couldn't be assed to last night.
Also, HOLY SHIT that page about the choking missile death! Did you read the excerpt from the lawsuit? Part of the case was that the toy was SHAPED LIKE A PENIS, SO CHILDREN WANTED TO PUT IT IN THEIR MOUTHS. You know, I think this page could probably use some more bullet-pointed paragraphs on individual tests/standards... but I'm too tired to go about majorly reorganizing a page right now. It just strikes me (ha!) that bullet-pointing specific big recurring tests/examples would make things a little... easier on the reading? I dunno. --M Sipher 06:12, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
