Lady Jaye
- Lady Jaye is a member of G.I. Joe from the G.I. Joe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

A high-class gal from a high-class background, Lady Jaye (Corporal Allison Hart-Burnett) is the G.I. Joe team's covert operations specialist and an expert in disguise. She is romantically involved with Flint and is thus believed to be the mother of Marissa Faireborn.
She's also quite handy with a javelin.

G.I. Joe and the Transformers

A test of Power Station Alpha was interrupted by the appearance of a giant transforming robot. After the Transformer was destroyed, it was followed by a much larger robot which called itself Superion. G.I. Joe's forces were overwhelmed by Superion, so Scarlett called for backup. Sergeant Slaughter led a team of reinforcements that included Lady Jaye, plus Dial-Tone, Ace, and Mutt. Before Lady Jaye got a chance to throw her javelin at the giant robot, an explosion knocked her to the ground, damaging her arm. She declined Hawk's request for a medic. Power Struggle
G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers continuity
Along with Colonel Abernathy and Officer Faireborn, Sergeant Alison Burnett was one of the founding members of G.I. Joe. She had been investigating Cobra even before they revealed themselves to the general public. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #1 After taking on the moniker of "Lady Jaye", she introduced the other Joes to Mercer, a former Cobra member she had detained during her investigations. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #2 Shortly afterwards, Lady Jaye was busy getting annoyed by Flint's boasting and ended up being late for Stalker's briefing regarding Cobra's next target. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #3 She later participated in the attack on Cobra Island G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #5, during which she joined Duke's squad in firing upon Megatron. G.I. Two years later, Lady Jaye and Stalker led an attack on a Cobra facility in Boston, which ended with everyone involved getting transported to Cybertron by Cobra's technology. After learning that Earth was in danger of being destroyed, Jaye agreed with Destro's suggestion to form a temporary truce between G.I. Joe and Cobra. Together with Snake-Eyes, Storm Shadow and Zartan, she traveled back in time to 1970's San Francisco in search of missing Transformers. During their adventures, Lady Jaye charmed a car thief into giving back Hot Rod, and the team eventually returned to present-day Cybertron. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II #1 While they were waiting for the three other teams to come back, Shockwave's forces attacked and scattered the humans. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II #3
While hiding from the Decepticons, the Joes and Cobras learned that Shockwave had blocked the last team of time travelers from returning to the present through Teletran 3. Realizing that their only hope of survival was to bring back the last team and whatever Autobots they had found, Lady Jaye and Roadblock volunteered to sneak back and undo Shockwave's tampering. After stripping into their underwear to avoid metal detectors, the two made it past an electrical pulse and into Teletran 3's control room. While Roadblock distracted the Decepticons, Lady Jaye climbed onto Teletran 3 and operated the supercomputer, reopening the time portal and bringing back the final team and the Dinobots. After the Dinobots tore Shockwave's army a new one, Lady Jaye and the others returned to Earth. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II #4
Lady Jaye later returned to Cybertron to help the Autobots defeat Serpent O.R.'s new Decepticon army. During the battle, she blasted Barrage and Thrust. The Art of War #4 The Art of War #5
A few months later, Lady Jaye was part of a team of Joes sent to Cuba to stop Destro's illegal arms dealing. By the time they arrived, a team of Autobots had already done the job for them, so Lady Jaye had to spend her time shooting down Flint's attempts at flirting instead. Black Horizon, Part 1 of 2 After learning that Flint and Hawk were in trouble in Tibet, she helped Duke talk General Flagg into allowing G.I. Joe to intervene. The Joes made their way to Tibet, fighting their way past Monstructor and into Cobra-La, where they saved their friends and defeated Golobulus. Transformers/G.I. Joe
When G.I. Joe was formed in 1939, Lady Jaye and Scarlett showed the other recruits photos of what Cobra had done to Europe. The Line Shortly afterwards, she left to attack Cobra's base on the Fera Islands as part of Strike Team Two, which also included Flint, Beach Head, Breaker, Grunt and Lifeline. As she hid and waited for a signal from the other team, Lady Jaye was fascinated by the patrolling Seekers, and expressed interest in owning one. Trial by Fire
When Zartan infiltrated their team by disguising himself as Breaker, Lady Jaye and the others knew that they'd been discovered, and were forced to take action. Flint was captured by Cobra, but Jaye was certain he wouldn't spill their battle plan to the enemy. After the team made their way to Cobra's mostly unguarded airfield, Lady Jaye stole a fighter plane, intending to use its radio to call in the American fleet. Wolves In the air, she came under attack by Wild Weasel in a prototype jet, but managed to outmanoeuvre him and shoot him down. Trenches
Lady Jaye and Duke eventually made it near Cobra's fortress, the Terrordrome. She immediately found herself facing down Major Bludd and three Dreadnoks, but easily took them out with a sharpened stick she was using as a makeshift javelin. Suddenly, Flint seemingly returned and stopped her from killing Bludd, but Jaye was not fooled—she knew that the real Flint wouldn't spare the major, so the one before her had to be Zartan. After killing the chameleon, she made it into enemy headquarters just in time to witness the activation of Bruticus. The Iron Fist

- In an interview on the Sony BMG re-release of The Transformers: The Movie, former Transformers writer and story editor Flint Dille confirmed Lady Jaye as Marissa's mother. Oh, do I feel bad for her.
