The name or term "First Aid" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see First Aid (disambiguation).
First Aid is an Autobot Protectobot from the Unicron Trilogy continuity family (via the 2003 Universe series).

A member of the Micromaster Protectobots, First Aid fights against the forces of the evil Unicron. He forms the right leg of Defensor.

Fiction

Ask Vector Prime

In universal stream Aurex 1104.30-DB Zeta (a highly Primax-influenced universe), First Aid was born from Dr. Brian Jones's attempts at reverse-engineering Maximus combiner technology and applying it to Mini-Con anatomy. Superion, Defensor, and Rail Racer fought Devastator in the Combiner Wars during the Unicron Singularity crisis. At some point, he was abducted by Unicron Ask Vector Prime

3H comics

First Aid was one of the many Transformers held in the Cauldron, the death-pit deep within the shattered remains of Unicron. He and the other Protectobots formed Defensor when Trailbreaker and Silverbolt released the prisoners, making a break for freedom. Escape

First Aid's only appearance in the comic is implied rather than shown. It can be safely assumed he was there as one of Defensor's legs, however.

Toys

Universe (2003)

  • First Aid (Micromaster Protectobot, 2004)
    • Accessories: Defensor right foot
An exclusive to Kay-Bee stores, First Aid is mostly-identical to the Micromaster version of Sireen, transforming into an ambulance of undetermined model. The only difference between the two is that First Aid has gray-plastic thighs whereas Sireen has black. He can also form any other part of the combined Defensor robot, but he's extremely awkward at best as anything other than a leg; his normal placement is as the right leg.
The toy's larger connector socket is approximately 5mm wide, making First Aid compatible with Powerlinx ports.
