Commander Cody

Cody is a Republic clone from the Star Wars universe.

Clone Commander Cody is an elite clone trooper, and apparently holds the position of commander within the Republic army. When he clashes with the Separatist forces, Cody controls a large Turbo Tank with the ability to transform into a giant robot. While piloting this robot, Cody is powerful enough to level an entire city by himself.<ref>Star Wars Transformers Clone Commander Cody Turbo Tank package</ref>

Commander Cody transforms from a gray Turbo Tank to a white and orange robot with wheels all along its body. Cody has shellformer elements, leading to his robot mode having more humanoid proportions than most Star Wars Transformers toys. His tank mode is outfitted with a missile launcher that becomes a handgun in robot mode, and he can also wield a tiny pistol that stores inside one of his wheels. The two top wheels on his shoulders feature molded rocket launchers that slide out from the hubcaps. Like all Star Wars Transformers toys, the toy comes with a tiny Commander Cody figure who can sit inside it.
In all stock photography for this toy, the vehicle mode is facing the wrong way. The side with the antennae/ cockpit is intended to be the front.

Cody was repackaged for the Crossovers line, with the only difference from the previous release being the removal of the pilot mini-figure. The toy was first available in 2008 in white and blue packaging, and later in 2009 in red and white packaging (this time under the name "Clone Commander Cody to Clone Turbo Tank").
