When a massive storm hit the island, the Rubios and their children were trapped in their house by a downed power line. Blades and Boulder rescued them and took them to the Sanctuary caverns. Changes Elsie and her family were having a picnic when they had to flee from a mudslide, and they were eventually rescued by Blades. They later attended the festivities for Bot Appreciation Week.
