During a weather machine induced snow storm, Mr. Rubio joined in the winter frolics with the rest of the townsfolk. Christmas in July Mr. Rubio's wife was pregnant and soon to give birth. When Chase and Chief Burns spotted Rubio breaking the speed limit by a few miles-per-hour, Burns said they would let it go, as he was aware that Rubio had a lot on his mind.
