You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:
Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.
If you have just modified LocalSettings.php
Double-check the skin names for typos.
The Loyal Subjects
The Loyal Subjects is a company that makes vinyl figures, among other things. Most of their Transformers vinyls are based on the Generation One animation models of the characters, but there are some figures that take design elements from the original toys. The figures are primarily sold in blind boxes, but there are a few exclusives and larger figures sold in 'normal' packaging.
Several of their figures' bio cards are... somewhatfamiliar.<ref>By which we mean "willfully violating this website's Creative Commons license".</ref>
The Loyal Subjects has released three (so far) waves of vinyl figures packaged in blind boxes. The figures have varying rarity, and there are no codes to identify the characters.
A re-run of the original wave with different chase figures and differently-colored foot stamps; white and black foot stamps are first run, gold foot stamps are second run.
Wave two increased articulation, giving the figures ball joints. This upgrade made a substantial size difference between waves one and two. Wave two also had existing characters as the chase figures, whereas wave one just had special "dark" variants of characters from the set. This wave also added extra pieces that had to be attached to the figures. Peter Cullen's voice is used in the talking Optimus Prime.
Wave 3 introduced gimmicks to the figures. Scrapper has sound effects, Blitzwing has a moving cannon, Rumble has working piledrivers, and Wheeljack has LED "ears".
These three figures are changed from their original release slightly to better resemble their cartoon counterparts (Sideswipe now has blue eyes, different colored guns).
