An adaptive weapons system created an image of Strada in order to extract information from [[Mach Kick]], his former second-in-command. When Mach Kick became suspicious of his reactions, Strada's image attempted to kill him.  [[Longrack (BW)|Longrack]] disrupted the Strada projection and saved his teammate.
To prevent its deactivation by Mach Kick and [[Longrack (BW)|Longrack]], the main weapons computer on [[Arachide]] projected a hologram of Strada, based on data fed to it by [[Archadis (BW)|Archadis]]. It claimed he survived the battle and desired to create a new corps with Mach Kick. Strada (ストラーダ Sutorāda) is the captain of the Thoroughbred Corps, a Maximal unit made up of horse Transformers.
