Robert Fredrick Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956) is a formerly bemulleted American voice actor. Among many, many, many roles in his extensive career, Paulsen has been the voice of Yakko from Animaniacs, Pinky from Pinky & the Brain, Gray Fox in Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes, Tripwire and Snow Job from G.I. Joe, Raphael from the 80s/90s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Donatello from Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and PJ from Goof Troop.
