- Ransack is an Autobot-allied Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family (via the 2008 Universe toyline).

- Ransack is a redeco of Classics Terrorsaur, transforming into a robotic Tyrannosaurus rex.
- He was only available as part of a Mini-Con 10-pack with Windrazor, Stockade, Overcharge, Sky Shadow, Scavenger, Longview, Snow Cat, Treadshot, and Crosshairs. This set was only available at certain retailers, notably Kmart and Meijer in the U.S. and Tesco in the UK.
- This mold was also used to make Gnashteeth, Gnashteeth's upgrade Chromebite, and Dark of the Moon Dualor.
