Steven Jay Blum (born in Santa Monica, California, on April 28, 1960) is an American voice actor. Some of his best known roles include Jaimie from Megas XLR, TOM of Toonami fame, Wolverine in nearly all Marvel and X-Men media in the past 10 years, Duke, Roadblock and Zartan from G.I. Joe Resolute, Amon from The Legend of Korra and many more.
In regards to dubbing anime, he's well known in those circles as well, having been Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop, Roger Smith from The Big O, a crapload of Digimon, Leeron from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and Orochimaru from Naruto.
