The name Ark has been applied to lots of starships, including but probably not limited to:
- 1984 — The Ark, the Vanguard-class starship from Generation 1 which (usually) crashed on Earth four million years ago.
- 1984 — The Ark II, the Autobot starship from Generation 1.
- 2003 — The "Mini-Con Ark", the starship made by the Moon-stationed Mini-Cons to retrieve their fellows in the Dreamwave version of Armada.
- 2007 — The Arc II, the oddly-spelled Autobot starship that was hiding underwater in the G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers continuity.
- 2005 — The Ark, the legendary ship from Transformers: Cybertron made up of the Atlantis, Ogygia, Hyperborea, and Lemuria.
- Various starships in the IDW Publishing Generation 1 continuity, including:
- 2018 — Ark-Zero, the ship Optimus Prime's crew used to travel to Elonia.
- 2014 — Ark-7, the ship Optimus Prime used to return to Earth after the events of "Dark Cybertron".
- 2008 — Ark-12, the ship Hound's crew used to travel to Earth until making a detour to Garrus-9.
- 2007 — Ark-17, the one that Springer used while rescuing Kup.
- 2006 — Ark-19, Prowl's ship that was parked in Illinois, until Sixshot blew it up.
- 2006 — Ark-27, the one that's full of Triggerbots and Targetmasters... oh, and Gunrunner.
- 2007 — Ark-32, the one that the Autobots used to leave Earth and go to Garrus-9.
- 2007 — The Ark, the Autobot transport from the 2007 movie franchise.
- 2008 — The Ark, the evil starship of the evil Autobots from Shattered Glass.
- 2010 — The Ark, the city-sized Autobot starship from War for Cybertron.
- 2011 — The Ark, the shipwreck on the moon in Dark of the Moon.
- 2013 — The Ark, the Autobot starship in Kre-O.
- 2018 — The Ark, the Autobot starship in Cyberverse.
Starships named Ark should not be confused with:
- Arc (pronounced "Aruc"), the Arms Micron from Prime.
- Autobot/Maximal starships named Axalon.
- The Orion, the Autobots' small repair and transport ship in the Animated continuity that landed in Lake Erie, a.k.a. Omega Supreme.
- The state of Arkansas.
- The story "Ark Duty".
- The Arclight, the ship that brought the Autobots to Earth in the Transformers Universe game.
