This article is about the Eletrix. For the evil Malignus, see Jipe (Malignus).
Jipe is a Transformer of unknown alignment from the Estrela portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
You're really pushing my buttons.

Jipe (pronounced "jeep") is a cipher. It's not known whether they have any connection to the other Jipe.

Toys

Transformers

  • Jipe (Eletrix, 1985)
Released in Brazil by Estrela, Jipe transforms from an indigo jeep to a robot and back with a press of one of the buttons on the wired remote control. The other button propels the jeep (or robot forwards). Like the other Eletrix, the toy is powered by two AA batteries.

Notes

  • The Eletrix were originally released in Japan by Yonezawa Toys under the name Remote Change Robo Series.
  • Similar to Sedan, the same toy that became Jipe may have been intended for release by Hasbro at one time; there was an unreleased "Remote Control Jeep" for 1985.[1]
