Help, I'm going off the pa-SHEEAAGGHH!!!

Whisper (ウィスパー Wisupā) is a member of the Jet Patrol Team. He is presumably childlike and precious and suchlike.

When Victory Saber initiated the "Zone Project", the Jet Patrol helped rebuild planet Micro into planet Zone. To counter this threat, Violen Jiger began conquering planets in order to create his own Decepticon Zone. The Race Car Patrol and all other Micromaster teams were then sent on patrol across the galaxy, specifically to planets where their unique skills could do the most good. Zone Part 1

When King Poseidon and Trypticon attacked the aquatic planet of Wall, the Jet Patrol team were deployed to defend it. With the aid of Commanders Overload, Erector, Missile Bull, and Skywave, they emerged triumphant. Zone Part 3

Later, the Nine Great Demon Generals attack planet Zone and make off with the Energon Z. The Super Car Patrol Team and the Battle Patrol Team give chase, but are caught in an energy net by BlackZarak. The Jet Patrol then arrive and free their comrades from the net. Enter the New Supreme Commander, Dai Atlas! Transformers: Zone

When the Powered Masters flew off to the Tenth Planet for their showdown with Violen Jiger, all the Micromaster teams took command of Zone and vowed to keep it safe in their Commander's absence. Zone Part 10

Legends comic

Whisper was stationed on Zone when Violen Jiger attacked, using the possessed bodies of the Powered Masters. They staged a counterattack using Dai Atlas and the real Powered Masters as a rallying point. Having mastered the use of Schaeffer Energy, the Micromasters could now transform and combine into powerful weapons. Whisper and Star Cloud linked up into a sword wielded by their enlarged comrade, Choppermaster. LG-EX Big Powered Prologue Part One

Siege Visper doubles as a new body for the Takara Autobot Whisper in the Legends manga.
Part of the first wave of Siege Micromasters, "Visper" (probably trademark reasons) transforms from a robot into a kinda-Cybertronian-y version of his original toy's altmode. He can combine with his packmate Storm Cloud to form the "Circuitstream Spyblade," inspired by the Armada Dark Saber and Vorpal Saber. As a part of the C.O.M.B.A.T. System, their weapon mode can be attached to any toy with a 5 mm post-hole.
When initially revealed at SDCC 2018, this figure was labeled "Whisper", but the final packaging goes with "Visper."
Visper was redecoed into Siege Nightflight and Ground Shaker.
